Terms & Conditions Naga11 –
Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Naga11 ("Platform", "Us", "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the naga11.ws website, the Naga11 mobile app, and all services provided by us.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform Naga11, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and all other policies incorporated by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.

To register and use the Naga11, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times while using our platform:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or a legal permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or subject to any gambling restriction imposed by any regulatory body.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Register using your own identity only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one (1) Naga11 account. Duplicate accounts, whether registered using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices, are strictly prohibited. Naga11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and freeze all associated balances without prior notice.

All deposits into the Naga11 must be made using a valid Malaysian payment method approved by the platform. Deposits from international payment methods or those not registered under the member's name will not be accepted.

Naga11 is not liable for delayed or failed deposits caused by third-party issues such as banking or eWallet service disruptions. In such cases, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for investigation.

Withdrawals from account Naga11 may be made at any time provided all of the following conditions are fully met. Naga11 is committed to processing valid withdrawals in the shortest time possible.

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as the member's account Naga11. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Naga11 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for the purposes of security review, identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is placed on hold for these reasons.

All bonuses, promotions, cashback, and rewards offered by Naga11 is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following terms apply generally to all promotions unless otherwise stated.

• New member welcome bonuses may only be claimed one time only per user, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x total bonus amount, depending on the bonus type.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically 30 days from the date of crediting.
• Bonus wagers on different games may contribute at varying rates toward meeting turnover requirements. Details are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period and credited on the designated day, typically every Monday.
• Naga11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or collusion with other players to exploit promotions.

VIP Programme Naga11 consists of multiple tiers offering different benefits, including higher betting limits, larger withdrawal limits, higher daily deposit limits, dedicated account support, exclusive bonuses, and invitations to special events. VIP membership is determined by your betting activity and may change based on recent activity.

Sports Betting Section Naga11 covers a wide range of international and local sports including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, tennis, MotoGP, NBA basketball, and over 25 other sports. The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting types.

• All bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled once the match has started, except in approved Cash Out cases.
• The minimum stake for most sports markets is RM5. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market.
• If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, all bets remain valid. If play does not resume within 48 hours, all bets will be voided.
• For matches suspended after half-time (in the context of the relevant sport), the sport-specific rules apply and may vary.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, not the odds at the time of settlement.
• In-play betting (during a live match) is subject to availability and Naga11 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Any bet suspected of being placed based on insider information or match manipulation may be voided and the associated account may be investigated.

Platform Naga11 offers a wide range of casino games including Live Casino with real dealers, online slots, table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker), and lottery. The following rules apply to all casino games.

• All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and audited by an independent body, or live certified dealers in the case of Live Casino.
• Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical failure has demonstrably affected the result.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, Naga11 reserves the right to void the rounds in question and return the player's stakes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the game interface itself.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other means to automate gameplay is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Results from live casino games broadcast via video are considered final. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game ending.

For esports, more detailed esports betting rules are available in the relevant section of the platform. In general, all standard Sports Betting terms above also apply to esports betting unless otherwise stated in the specific esports rules.

Naga11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions, including coordinating bets with other players.
• Opening or operating duplicate accounts.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• The member has been found to not meet the minimum age requirement (under 21 years old).
• Account closure requested by the member.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or competent legal authority.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, Naga11 reserves the right to freeze account balances during an investigation. If a violation is established, bonuses and winnings obtained through means that breach these terms may be voided. The original deposit amount (after deducting any cancelled winnings) will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.

Naga11 provides the betting platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy of information displayed.

• Naga11 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting activity, unless caused by a proven technical error on the platform that demonstrably affected the outcome.
• We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, natural disasters, or government directives.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in the display of incorrect odds or outcomes, Naga11 reserves the right to void the associated transactions and return the original stakes to the member.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. Naga11 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

Total liability Naga11 to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months prior to the claim being made.

Naga11 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email, in-platform notifications, or a notice posted on the homepage with at least 14 calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where changes are made to comply with urgent legal or regulatory requirements.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the applicable rules, or settled in a Malaysian court of competent jurisdiction.
